FAQ

  • Applications & Enrollment

Families interested in enrolling at CCP should first reach out to the school for more information and to schedule a tour of the school. Enrollment is subject to availability. Child’s age, start date, and schedule choice (part time or full time) all play a roll in availability. On the tour families will receive an application for enrollment. Next steps for enrollment, as well as the waitlist process are explained on the tour.

Enrollment Fees and Deposits are not collected until an available spot is offered and confirmed by the parent. Once enrollment fees are deposited, they are non-refundable, regardless of it the family attends.

CCP requires all children enrolled and staff working in our environment to follow the Center for Disease Control’s recommended immunization schedule. If your child is offered enrollment, proof of immunization will be required.

For daily communication, CCP uses the bright wheel app where parents can send messages and see real-time updates and photos of their child’s day.

CCP also holds parent-teacher conferences bi-annually to connect with our families as well as share students’ progress and development.

  • Accreditations & Licensing

CCP is a licensed preschool through both the state of Illinois and the City of Chicago. Both proof of licenses can be seen displayed in our lobby. We also hold an accreditation through the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
